No, these are not in fact children's orthopaedic boots, they are in fact... Givenchy! (who really should know better) I'm not even sure that I need to run through why these are simply vile; I think you good people know the many, many reasons why - and if you don't, then you are beyond help and should pray for mercy in the afterlife.
